Jada Wright is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying). She has her Honours Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from York University. She has completed her Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University. She is passionate in uplifting and empowering BIPOC youth and adults to authentically be themselves. Over the years Jada has worked with various community organizations to help champion change within her community. Such organizations include the Ontario Black History Society and the Black York Region Youth.

Jada believes that everyone has a purpose, and on her journey to enrich the lives of others, she wants to be able to shift the narrative of what society says you ought to do based on old ideals that were never inclusive. Natasha is a relational, trauma informed therapist who specializes in working with adults in individual therapy. She uses a variety of theoretical approaches including Cognitive-Behaviour Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. She works with concerns such as, but not limited to: anxiety, depression, relationship issues, self-esteem, trauma, stress management, and life transitions. She obtained her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. Natasha also holds a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition from The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. She has previously worked as a Nutritionist and brings an integrative perspective to mental health treatment. She is currently a fully registered member of the College of Registered Psychotherapist of Ontario in good standing.

Daniel Martin is a Registered Psychotherapist who completed his Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education. He has spent 5 years working with queer and trans youth through individual counselling and group support, as well as their families; he also has experience with those struggling with problem gambling and tech addiction.

Daniel believes that having a non-judgmental outside perspective on our lives is an essential ingredient for change. He combines specific techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy with gentle explorations of your experiences. He works to balance accomplishing short term goals with building a supportive long term therapeutic relationship.

Heidi Klett is a Registered Social Worker who brings with her 20 years of clinical experience in the areas of mental health, crisis stabilization, gender-based violence and substance use.
